On the day of your arrival, a deposit of EUR 200 per reserved apartment will be requested. This amount will be refunded after your departure, when we verify that the apartment has been left in the same conditions in which you found it, and provided that the coexistence rules have been met. You must respect the apartment, its furniture and equipment, etc. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. If the company is contacted by the police or the neighbourhood community, due to noise and scandals, you must leave the apartment, losing the rent as well as the deposit deposited at the entrance. Please note that visitors are not permitted at the property.
